Since the beginning when we contacted the agency, Ricardo managed to arrange our trip and tours according to our needs. Our tour guide, Carlos, was knowledgeable in almost every aspect of Portugal history as well as the country's folklore. He tried to please everyone in our group making a perfect balance in the activities we performed. We have traveled in Europe, Australia, Africa, South and Central America as well as United States.   Amazing Day Trip from Lisbon - Ricardo organised an amazing guide, Francisco, to take us from Lisbon to Sintra, Pena Palace, Cabo da Roca and Cascais. Francisco has in depth, local knowledge of the areas and sites that we visited. The itinerary was well planned with careful consideration to our needs. We all loved the added touch of stopping at a famous icecream shop on our way back to Lisbon.
